It is located at the eastern end of Panama, in the province of Darien, and occupies an area of 597000 ha. It was created in 1980 and named a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1981.

This park, the largest in Central America, is the most important natural reserve of Panama, and the second richest region in biodiversity, after the Amazon. Comprises different ecosystems, from the beaches and mangroves to the rainforest.

The park has extensive wet and very wet tropical forests. Among the most characteristic species of the site highlights cuipos, guayacanes, bromeliads, orchids, water vine, etc. As for wildlife, there are seven species of endemic mammals like the Darien plowman and the fox four eyes. ELEMENTS OF COMMUNICATION

ELEMENTS OF COMMUNICATION

Communication may be defined as a process concerning exchange of facts or ideas between persons holding different positions in an organization to achieve mutual harmony.
The communication process is dynamic in nature rather than a static phenomenon.
Communication process as such must be considered a continuous and dynamic inter-action, both affecting and being affected by many variables.

Seven major elements of communication process are:
 (1) Sender
 (2) Ideas
(3) Encoding
 (4) Communication channel
 (5) Receiver
 (6) Decoding
 (7) Feedback.

ü    Sender:
The person who intends to convey the message with the intention of passing information and ideas to others is known as sender or communicator.
ü    Ideas
This is the subject matter of the communication. This may be an opinion, attitude, feelings, views, orders, or suggestions.
ü    Encoding:
Since the subject matter of communication is theoretical and intangible, its further passing requires use of certain symbols such as words, actions or pictures etc. Conversion of subject matter into these symbols is the process of encoding.
ü    Communication Channel:
The person who is interested in communicating has to choose the channel for sending the required information, ideas etc. This information is transmitted to the receiver through certain channels which may be either formal or informal.

ü    Receiver:
Receiver is the person who receives the message or for whom the message is meant for. It is the receiver who tries to understand the message in the best possible manner in achieving the desired objectives.
ü    Decoding:
The person who receives the message or symbol from the communicator tries to convert the same in such a way so that he may extract its meaning to his complete understanding.
ü     Feedback:
Feedback is the process of ensuring that the receiver has received the message and understood in the same sense as sender meant it.

THE IMPORTANCE OF THE COMMUNICATION IN AN ORGANIZATION

THE IMPORTANCE OF THE COMMUNICATION IN AN ORGANIZATION

Business communication defines most organizations, resulting in effective marketing campaigns, productive interpersonal relationships among co-workers and successful customer service resolutions. Because audiences demand different kinds of communications in different situations and settings, effective business communication professionals understand how to tailor messages for maximum results.

The feedback required for effective business communication can take different forms, especially when aided by modern technology. In addition to speech and written text, business professionals must understand how to communicate effectively via e-mail, text message and even social media status update. New tools allow business professionals to combine personal messages with automated responses, such as vacation auto-responder messages, to help process large amounts of information. Many effective communicators find ways to cut through the clutter of overflowing inboxes with handwritten notes or direct phone calls.

In most organizations, effective communication offers the best opportunity to make an outstanding first impression. Using powerful words, images and messages, business professionals can craft strong internal partnerships while developing the foundation of a solid client base.

Ngäbe-Buglé Culture

                                                          Ngäbe-Buglé  Culture

The guaymíes are descendants of the untamed tribes of Nata, Slag, Urracá, Paris. They are powerfully built, his skin is dark, flat nose, thick lips, straight hair. In Panamanian history stands the chief Guaymí "Magpie" as skilled warrior. This population is based in the western area of the Isthmus of Panama, in the provinces of Chiriqui (Districts Tolé, Remedios, San Félix and San Lorenzo), Bocas del Toro (Districts of Chiriquí Grande and Bocas del Toro) and Veraguas (district of Santa Fe, Cañazas and Las Palmas). It is agriculture, as in other Panamanian indigenous groups, the backbone of the economy Guaymí. Both in the piedmont and mountain Tabasara itself, as in the coastal region and riberina in Bocas del Toro, as in the veragüenses savannahs, agricultural production ranging from subsistence scale, the location of small surpluses that are located in peoples "Latino" or non-Indian neighbors. The same applies to some of the islands in the Laguna de Chiriqui, Bocas del Toro Province, where arable land is shared with neighborhood families "Creole".
The time deer hunting in veragüense region have left behind. Short raised animals such as rabbits, iguanas, are frequent prey. In contrast, bocatorian region, yet generous species of deer, agouti, peccary, peccary and painted rabbit roam and Indian lock on the target he can. Traditional hunting tools are different types of bows and arrows, some of the latter, barbed, although in recent years has been imposed using the shotgun.
A large hand-woven technology, applied to the manufacture of bags, itself remains, successful, and trade diversion. This is the making of "chácaras" or bags made "pita." This is a fiber obtained by the twisted story, Aechmea magdalenae. The "twine" is also used as a substitute.
They are villages (joint between 2-6 houses) occupied by people who come from the same blood bond. The homes are circular design, built directly on the ground.
Today, culturativos changes are observed in the design of housing, and adopting increasingly usual, the nuclei of houses like small aldeas. Another feast of great esteem among Ngöbé, is the arrival of a young woman puberty. It is isolated inside the house, no one can speak, hear or touch. You can only eat food prepared from plantains and bananas. Once the isolation period ended, his parents offer a party where food is plentiful and fermented beverages. In it, he was officially designated by a name and is declared unfit for marriage. Within the concept of marriage, unions first degree of consanguinity are prohibited; also the second degree are prohibited, brother-sister, that's not possible.
Gnobe and Bugle are different ethnic groups, ethnically and phenotypically are also different. But they are identified and between them can be unions.

What is not allowed is the union of Gnobe or Bugle is one or marry a guava, as people say, this cannot be, can only be given in very exceptional cases. In none of these ethnic groups, none of these companies is well seen a marriage of a guan with Gnobe / Bugle, uaunan, Embera is not possible; although it is corrupting those who are living here in "mouth-trap", which often sell women as having four or five, then sell one. Put on airs, if you purchase beyond. So it has come to constitute one serious problem.
